Karen has been working as a Ph.D. Psychologist for 16 years and in the mental health field for over 20 years. She enjoys working with individual adults and couples to address a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, loss, stress, marital issues, trauma, health issues, and transition during times of change.
Karen writes: “I am drawn to the Hakomi approach because it is a gentle, respectful, and yet a powerful vehicle for healing and change. The Hakomi principles help ground me in my own life and in my work. While many therapies help people recognize changes they would like to make, I find that the Hakomi approach helps people actually experience meaningful changes within themselves at a pace that feels right for them.”
