Hello! I’m a Registered Psychologist offering virtual sessions to clients in Alberta and New Brunswick. I am a Certified Hakomi Therapist and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with additional training in sex therapy, trauma, couples’ work, and adult attachment issues. I specialize in working with clients of all sexual and relationship orientations and all genders. I am passionate about helping clients through grief, depression, trauma, sexualized violence, motor vehicle accidents, relationship issues, attachment issues, life transitions, and sexual health. I have been in private practice since 2011.
I’m currently accepting adult individual clients for the above issues, as well as couples for sex therapy as well as help reconnecting more generally. I offer supervision to Masters students and Provisional Psychologists.
When not working, I can usually be found reading, singing to our pets, hanging out with my kiddo, riding my bike, camping, or cooking and baking.
