Morgan Jefferson, M.C., R.Psych., C.H.T.

I work with individual adults across all stages of life who are interested in holistic mental health. I offer a grounded and compassionate approach where curiosity about the mind-body connection is welcome. My approach is rooted in the Hakomi (Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy) principles of mindfulness, organicity, holism, non-violence, and unity.
I am a Certified Hakomi Therapist (CHT) and have specialized training in Primary Attachment Therapy (PAT), Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C), Polyvagal Theory (PVT), The Grief Recovery Method (GRM), & Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Amongst others, my practice reflects integrative and trauma-informed care.
I support those who may be seeking more than symptom relief; people who are interested in how their past may be shaping their present and who approach healing with interest and care. We can work together to explore how meaningful change may emerge through awareness, reflection, and reconnection.
